Medicare does not cover InnerHub couples sessions. Our practitioners are qualified overseas and are not AHPRA-registered in Australia. You do not need a mental health treatment plan or referral. $119.90 AUD is the full price for both partners.
$119.90 AUD covers both of you for one 50-minute video session. One person books and pays. Your partner pays nothing separately. There is no subscription.
Get matched by answering a few questions about the support you want together, or browse the couples directory. Only practitioners approved by InnerHub to work with couples can be selected.
The person who booked joins through My Sessions in their InnerHub account. Their partner opens the private invitation emailed to them, completes their own Terms and Privacy acceptance, then uses that same link to join. If you are in different locations, each of you needs a device, an internet connection and a private space. Join opens five minutes before the session.
No. Enter your partner’s name and email when you book. We email them a private invitation to complete their own Terms and Privacy acceptance and join the session. They do not need to register or pay separately. Keep the invitation email so they can use the same link at session time.
Yes. Your partner must still open their email invitation and complete their own Terms and Privacy acceptance before the session. Once that is done, you can sit together and join through the booking person’s InnerHub account on one device. Your partner does not also need to connect separately. Choose somewhere private where your practitioner can see and hear both of you.
