All figures are in Australian dollars. A month here means four weeks, with four sessions or four weekly subscription payments; calendar months vary. A$250 is an illustrative private fee, not a national average. *A$250 minus the A$101.55 general-psychologist rebate = A$148.45. The rebate example assumes all four sessions are eligible and within the annual limit; clinical psychologist rebates differ. GP fees and Medicare Safety Net effects are excluded. Provider fees and service inclusions vary. InnerHub offers overseas practitioners and does not attract Medicare rebates.

Is this a pay-as-you-go model?
Yes. Each 50-minute session costs A$59.90. You pay when you book, with no subscription or minimum number of sessions.
Can I keep seeing the same therapist?
Yes. You can book again with the same therapist, subject to their availability. If you would like a different fit, you can browse other therapists or ask us for help finding a match.
How is it so affordable?
We work with experienced practitioners based overseas and deliver sessions online, without clinic-room costs. Differences in local costs and currency exchange help us keep the session price affordable. See how our pricing works.
Do I need Medicare or a referral?
No GP referral or mental health treatment plan is needed. InnerHub sessions are outside Medicare and do not attract a Medicare rebate. A$59.90 is the full session price.
When do I pay, and are there extra fees?
You pay A$59.90 when you book your session. There is no joining fee or recurring subscription. Review the booking and cancellation conditions before paying.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
