What this is
Relationships, in real life
Every couple has a loop: the same fight in different clothes, the distance that grows in the gaps between busy weeks, the conversation you both keep not having. Left alone, loops tighten. With a third voice in the room, they loosen.
InnerHub practitioners experienced in relationship work help you hear each other again: not to referee who is right, but to change the pattern the two of you keep landing in. And if your partner is not ready, starting alone still changes the dynamic, because you are half of it.

Sound familiar?
How it tends to show up
- The same argument on rotation, with a script you both know
- Conversations that only happen through logistics: kids, bills, calendars
- Keeping score quietly, or out loud
- Physical and emotional distance neither of you named
- Walking on eggshells, or living with someone who does
- A big breach of trust that never quite got worked through
How counselling helps
What the work actually looks like
Relationship counselling is structured work on the pattern between you, not a blame tribunal:
- Naming the actual loop: pursue-withdraw, criticise-defend, fix-dismiss
- Communication tools you practise in session, not just read about
- Rebuilding trust in steps small enough to actually take
- Deciding what you are building together, out loud, on purpose
Counselling is support, not clinical treatment: our practitioners do not diagnose or prescribe, and when what you need sits beyond counselling, their job is to say so and point you to it. Who they are and how we hold them to that is on Our Standards.
Fair questions
Asked before booking
Can we attend as a couple on one booking?
Yes. One session, one price, both of you in the room. You do not pay per person.
My partner will not come. Is there any point starting alone?
Often, yes. You are half of every pattern in the relationship, and working on your half genuinely shifts the dynamic. Plenty of partners join later once the sky does not fall.
Is this marriage counselling?
If you are married, yes. Married, de facto, together five months, together thirty years: the work is the same, and the label does not change the price.
