Support that suits you.

InnerHub is an online therapy platform that connects Australians with experienced therapists for affordable, secure video sessions. Book in minutes, pay only when you need a session, and avoid the long waitlists and ongoing subscriptions that often make therapy harder to access.

Our mission is to make starting therapy as simple as deciding you want to talk to someone. From booking to your first session, we remove unnecessary friction so getting support feels easy, not overwhelming.

Our therapists are experienced overseas professionals who hold university qualifications from their home countries. All hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Counselling, with some also holding a Master's degree. Most also bring at least three years of practical experience supporting people through life’s challenges.

Before joining InnerHub, each therapist is interviewed and must provide evidence of their identity, qualifications, professional experience and credentials, which we check with the relevant institution or professional body where applicable.

InnerHub therapists are not registered with AHPRA in Australia and are not presented as Australian-registered psychologists. You can review each therapist's qualifications, experience and country on their profile.

InnerHub's online, international model allows us to connect Australians with experienced overseas therapists at a more accessible price.

The lower cost reflects differences in operating costs around the world — not a lack of education or experience. There are no subscriptions or long-term commitments: each session costs $59.90 AUD, and you book only when you choose to.

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session starts, for a full refund. Cancelling less than 24 hours before, or not attending, incurs a cancellation fee.

If your professional has an issue and is not able to attend, you're entitled to a full refund or to rebook an equivalent session at no extra cost. Read the full cancellation policy

Sessions are one-to-one conversations with the professional matched to you. Depending on the type of service, such as therapy, coaching, or wellness guidance, the session may involve discussing challenges, setting goals, or exploring strategies to support your wellbeing.

Each professional has their own approach, but sessions are designed to be supportive, confidential, and focused on your personal growth.

Booking a session is simple. Answer a few quick questions about what you're looking for, and we'll match you with a professional who fits, then you pick a time that works for you.

Once booked, you'll receive confirmation and instructions for joining your session online.
