Asked before booking
How much is a session on InnerHub?
$59.90 AUD for a 50-minute video session. No subscription, no package and no gap fee: you pay per session, only when you book one.
Can I claim a Medicare rebate?
No. InnerHub practitioners are qualified in their own countries and are not registered with AHPRA, so sessions sit outside Medicare and no rebate applies. That is also why there is no referral or plan to arrange first.
Do I need a referral?
No. A referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan only matter for claiming a Medicare rebate. You can book on InnerHub directly.
Is InnerHub a crisis service?
No. If you are in immediate danger call 000. Lifeline is on 13 11 14, any time of day or night.
