From the founder

The price, explained by the people who built it

InnerHub was built after watching the cost of a session keep people from booking one. In half a minute, we answer the two questions everyone asks: how is $59.90 possible, and what does the price not include?

Why InnerHub

One flat price, always

One flat price, always

Every session is $59.90. No referral, no Mental Health Treatment Plan, no gap fee maths, and no cap on how many sessions you can book.

Matched with a real person

Matched with a real person

Tell us what you want to work through and we match you with a therapist who fits: real experience, real availability. If the fit is not right, you can change.

Talking this week, not next month

Talking this week, not next month

No wait lists and no paperwork between you and a booked session. Most people book their first session in under ten minutes.

Evenings, without time off

Evenings, without time off

Because of the time difference, many of our practitioners' daytime hours land in the Australian evening. Same flat price, no surcharge.

Private, secure, yours

Private, secure, yours

Sessions run inside our own encrypted platform. Your session content is treated as sensitive health data: never sold, never shared with advertisers.

Who it is for

Built for people who want quality therapy, consistently

People who want quality therapy from experienced professionals worldwide, without paying $200+ a session. Their money goes further: not just through the door once, but back again, consistently.

Holding it together, barely

Work gets done, plans get kept, and you still end each week mentally exhausted. A regular session helps, but at $200+ each it never becomes regular.

The Medicare sessions ran out

Ten subsidised sessions can run out well before the year does. No cap here, no referral, no gap fees: the same flat price in January and June.

When sooner matters

A six-week wait list is too long for a hard week. Booking here takes minutes, and sessions run in the evenings too.

InnerHub is not the right fit for under-18s, anyone who prefers in-person sessions, or crisis moments. If you need urgent support, the numbers on crisis support are free and answer around the clock.

Who you will be talking to

Our practitioners outside Australia: an overview

Every practitioner on InnerHub is a trained professional with a university degree in psychology or counselling, and many hold a masters or postgraduate qualification on top of that. In countries like Brazil, that first degree is typically five years of full-time clinical study before you are eligible to practise at all. Alongside the formal training, they bring years of real experience supporting people through exactly the things our clients come to us with. We review practitioners' core qualifications, professional memberships and insurance as part of our onboarding before they see a client. Every profile states:

  • The degree, the institution, and the country it was earned in
  • Years of experience and the languages they work in
  • Matched to what you want to work on, and free to change if the fit is not right

Practitioners are not registered in Australia (AHPRA): they are trained and qualified in their own countries instead, and they do not use Australian protected titles.

InnerHub is not a clinical service: our practitioners do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication.

The full trust framework, in plain language: read our standards.

Frequently asked questions

Why is it only $59.90 a session?

InnerHub exists so regular sessions are something people can actually keep up, not just afford once. Our practitioners are experienced professionals based overseas, where the cost of living is different, and the platform carries no clinic overhead. The full breakdown is on our pricing page.

Who are the therapists?

Trained professionals with university degrees in psychology or counselling, many with postgraduate qualifications on top, and years of real experience. They are not registered in Australia (AHPRA): they are trained and qualified in their own countries instead, and they do not use Australian protected titles. Every profile states exactly what each person holds, and the full picture is on our standards page.

Do I need a referral or Medicare?

No. InnerHub sits outside the Medicare system: no referral, no plan, no session caps, and no rebate either. $59.90 is simply the whole price.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay per session, only when you book one. Nothing renews in the background.

What if I do not click with my therapist?

Not every match is the right match, and no hard feelings: ask us to match you with another available therapist at any time, at no additional cost. Fit matters more than anything else in therapy.
