That phrase has legal weight in Australia, and it is the standard we build to. Here is how your information is handled, in plain language.

Sessions

Inside our platform, and nowhere else

  • Sessions run on encrypted video inside your InnerHub account: no third-party meeting links, nothing to install
  • Connections are encrypted in transit (256-bit SSL), and the platform is built against ISO/IEC 27001-aligned security standards
  • Payments are processed by our secure payment provider; your card details are never stored on InnerHub's own servers

Your information

Collected minimally, handled as sensitive

Under the Australian Privacy Act, information connected to a service like ours is health information: the most protected category Australian privacy law has. We treat everything you give us on that basis, and we collect the minimum needed to match you and run your sessions.

Two commitments in writing: we never sell your data, and your session content and health information are never shared with advertisers. Like most websites, we measure which pages and campaigns lead to bookings using privacy-safe technical data: never what you talk about in a session. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Because our practitioners are based overseas, delivering your session means your practitioner knows who you are and what you share in the room, wherever they are located. That cross-border reality is stated rather than buried: the countries involved and the safeguards around them are set out in the Privacy Policy, and practitioners are bound contractually to Australian-level privacy obligations.

Your rights

The controls stay in your hands

  • You can request access to the information we hold about you, and correction of anything inaccurate
  • Marketing consent is separate, optional, and unticked by default: transactional email never depends on it
  • The self check-ins on this site score entirely in your browser: answers are never transmitted, stored, or attached to your name
  • Concerns about your data are handled through the same complaints process as everything else, including the independent route: raise a concern
