InnerHub

About

Therapy, priced like people actually live.

InnerHub exists because talking to someone became a luxury in Australia. It should not be.

Why we exist

Why we created InnerHub

Here is the situation InnerHub was built for. A private therapy session in Australia commonly costs more than $200. Medicare softens it for ten sessions a year, if you get a referral, and a plan, and an appointment inside six weeks. Then the sessions run out, usually in the exact week you still need them.

So people weigh it up and quietly stop. Not because therapy stopped working: because the price of continuing did. That gap, between needing to talk to someone and being able to afford to, is the entire reason this platform exists.

Our answer is deliberately simple: $59.90 a session, flat, with experienced practitioners from parts of the world where that price sustains a proper professional income. No referral and no session cap. The full story of how the price works is on our honesty page, and exactly who our practitioners are is on Our Standards: the two pages worth reading before you book.

Who it is for

Who we had in mind

InnerHub is for the people the current system quietly prices out. The professional holding it together at work while the 3am thoughts get louder. The person whose ten Medicare sessions ran out in October. The person carrying a relationship strain who needs somewhere to think it through. The parent, the shift worker, the student: anyone for whom $200 a week was never going to happen, and this week matters anyway.

It is not for everyone. We are video only, adults only, and not a crisis service. Where we are not the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere better.
