What we ask

We publish exactly who you are, so we ask for the real thing

InnerHub's whole trust model is transparency: every practitioner profile states your qualifications, the institution and country they were earned in, your years of practice and your languages, under the plain title of therapist. So onboarding is built around evidencing exactly that:

  • Certified copies of your qualifications, with the issuing institution and country
  • Your practice history, languages, and the areas you work in
  • Agreement to work within the NSW Code of Conduct for unregistered health practitioners and its equivalents, which bind practitioners serving Australian clients wherever they are based
  • Agreement to direct clients to Australian crisis services (000, Lifeline 13 11 14) when needed, and to refer on clearly when a client needs care beyond therapy
  • A short profile in your own words, a photo, and a video introduction: Australian clients review their matched practitioner's profile before deciding whether to book, so they meet you first

Important: working with InnerHub does not involve AHPRA registration, and practitioners never use protected Australian titles (like psychologist) on the platform, regardless of home-country registration.
