What this is
Relationships, in real life
Every relationship has a loop: the same fight in different clothes, the distance that grows in the gaps between busy weeks, the conversation that keeps not happening. Left alone, loops tighten. Talking them through with someone outside the relationship loosens them.
InnerHub sessions are individual: you and a practitioner experienced in relationship work, one on one. That is not a lesser version of the work. You are half of every pattern in the relationship, and working on your half genuinely shifts the dynamic.

Sound familiar?
How it tends to show up
- The same argument on rotation, with a script you both know
- Conversations that only happen through logistics: kids, bills, calendars
- Keeping score quietly, or out loud
- Physical and emotional distance neither of you named
- Walking on eggshells, or living with someone who does
- A big breach of trust that never quite got worked through
How therapy helps
What the work actually looks like
Relationship therapy here is structured, individual work on the patterns you are part of, not a blame tribunal:
- Naming the actual loop: pursue-withdraw, criticise-defend, fix-dismiss
- Communication tools you practise in session, not just read about
- Rebuilding trust in steps small enough to actually take
- Getting clear on what you want from the relationship, out loud, on purpose
Fair questions
Asked before booking
Are these individual sessions?
Yes. InnerHub sessions are one on one: you and your therapist. Many people work on relationship patterns individually, and because you are half of every pattern, the work changes the relationship even when only one of you is in the room.
Can my partner and I attend together?
Not at the moment: InnerHub does not currently offer couples sessions, so sessions are booked and attended individually. If your partner wants to do the same work, they are welcome to book their own sessions.
Is this marriage counselling?
Not in the sit-down-together sense, because sessions are individual. What it is: support for working on your marriage or relationship one on one. Married, de facto, together five months or thirty years, the work is the same.
Therapy is support, not clinical treatment: our practitioners do not diagnose or prescribe, and when what you need sits beyond therapy, their job is to say so and point you to it. Who they are and how we hold them to that is on Our Standards, and if you need urgent help right now, the numbers on crisis support are free and answer around the clock.
